Bio

Cécile Dubernet is a senior lecturer in political science and international relations at the Faculty of social and economic sciences of the Catholic university of Paris. Specialised on the study of conflicts, she wrote her PhD thesis on international politics towards IDPs. Her current work is focused on unarmed civilian protection in conflict zones.
