Government of Canada: The promise of migration – a Canadian perspective

This workshop, organized by IRCC, will address the major international and national challenges that are transforming the Canadian migration landscape. Several senior managers will present recent changes in migration policies and programs in response to these challenges. The selection of economic migrants, humanitarian programming, the reception and integration of migrants, and the strengthening of underlying data and research will be addressed. Discussions will also focus on improving processes, from developing more customer-focused services, to better managing identities and data, to transforming our digital policy.
